i work in a dance studio and my main job is to manage the studios schedules as well as coordonate and approve all the music and choreography the teachers teach, and i have my classes as well. sometimes i feel like i am leading a team of CHILDREN, my own 7 year old is more organized.

maybe i just need a vacation lmao

we had a meeting yesterday to start planning the end of year recital and most of the classes should have at least 6 choreographies done but some of the groups are so far behind… parents are paying so much money for this and at least 2-3 teachers would get fired if that were only up to me/

i’m working on the schedule for january already and i’m waiting for my people to give me their availability and out of 8 teachers only three did and i cant build a schedule around that uuuuuhhgfgfhdh i should just give them random hours and studio time
