What are y’all packing in your hospital bags?

We plan on bringing one for me and one for baby and trying to get a general idea of what to bring

Here is what I am bringing as a second time mom. I'm currently 40 weeks today and just waiting very impatiently for #2's arrival! I brought the same stuff first time around, just opposite seasons now. I also pack C-section friendly stuff just in case. My first was a natural birth but, you never know how things will end up! So better to be prepared. 
We pack our clothes/ toiletries in one carry on size suitcase, a separate bag for snacks, a separate bag for towels and, an extra blanket. We also bring our own pillows, they are much better than the hospitals. So we have one small suitcase and two reusable grocery bags of stuff. 
Mom:
-My own hospital gown/ robe. It's just personal preference as I feel more comfortable in my own clothes. (first time around I only brought a robe and had to turn it backwards when I decided to get an epidural. This time I have a gown that opens in the front and back.) 
PJ pants/ nursing top & nightgown (in case of a C-section) 
Nursing bras/boob pads 
Grippy socks
shower shoes 
Toiletries 
Going home outfit
Dad:
PJ pants 
Boxers
Two t-shirts 
Sweatshirt 
Two pairs of socks 
Change of pants 
Bathing suit (I labored in a tub for a bit and he wanted to join) 
Shower shoes
My first born was 10lbs 1oz so he went straight into 3 moth clothes haha I expected him to be around 10lbs so we prepared for that. I expect this baby will be probably 8ish pounds. Pure guesses haha so we'll see!
Babies diaper bag: 
Birth announcement sign/ marker 
Announcement photo outfit
Two NB sleepers (one fleece and one cotton) 
Two 3 month sleepers (again, one fleece one cotton) 
Burp cloth
Pacifier (just in case he wants to use one) 
Little blanket for going home
I don't pack diapers or wipes as we just use what the hospital has until we get home.

Literally you need is general hygiene items (body wash, shampoo, deodorant), change of clothes, baby’s going home outfit, paci if you choose to use them, phone chargers, and wallet. If I had to add anything extra I’d say pillow and blanket from home for when ur recovering, but I did just fine without it. They provided formula, bottles, diapers, wipes, everything else.

Literally I had one small duffle bag for my hubby, baby and I. Pretty much bring tooth brush/ paste,  small travel shampoo/cond., deodorant, one new born outfit, one one month old outfit (made the mistake on my second baby of not bringing the 1mo outfit.  He was huge and barely fit in the one we brought), comfy pants for both you and hubby, and comfy shirt, and a couple changes of underwear/bra. Maybe slippers if you want. I also had my pillow and a blanket. So did my husband for sleeping. 
The hospital will have everything for baby so no need to bring the diaper bag. Anything that is in your room take. You are literally paying for it.

You will not need all those bags & it will just be a giant pain trying to get you out, all those bags, with baby in a car seat when it’s time to go home. I’m bringing a going home outfit for baby, yoga pants & oversized shirt, nursing bra, 10ft phone charger, hair brush, tooth brush, chapstick, snacks
