Does anyone know what this is? I’ve never been intimate with anyone so it can’t be herpes. And how do I treat it?

It looks like a pimple. Mot sure why anyone is telling you it’s a cold sore. 
Also, cold sores are not sexually transmitted and can be passed by sharing drinks, food, towels, etc., with someone who has an outbreak.

Cosmetologist here, looks like a pimple. My mom has cold sores and this is not what they look like. Also oral herpes (cold sores) are not always sexually transmitted. They can be from kissing, sharing a drink, even being birthed from your mom who has genital herpes.

Looks like pimple to me but on a side note, you don't have to be intimate to get oral type 1 or genital type 1 herpes. Everyone has herpes in their body and it takes a certain bacteria to activate it. So some people activate it some people don't, it just depends on if they come in contact with the bacteria. Only herpes type 2 is sexually transmitted from intimacy. But also you can pass type 1 genitally from oral tho it is rare

Looks like a cold sore which is herpes. Hsv-1 to be exact. Being intimate has nothing to do with it as a majority of people have it. You could have kissed someone, shared a drink or utensil with someone who had it. It can also lie dormant for years before an outbreak happens. So you could have contracted it as a kid or young teen and never had an outbreaks until now. It's not that big of a deal. You can buy Abreva over the counter or let it go away on its own. Takes about a week. Don't touch it. If you do wash your hands immediately. Don't share anything or kiss anyone until it's gone.
