Looking for insight
This was my first month tracking bbt. I am having a very long cycle this time so obviously didn't temp the whole cycle, and I forgot a few days, but can anyone give me a bit of insight on my (small) chart or possibly explain to me how I would know when I ovulated based on bbt? Had positive OPK on CD 48 AND 49.
Hoping next month will be better and have more temps.
