4DPO HELP

I'm currently 4 days past my ovulation according to my app. My boobs feel extremely tender everywhere and super heavy. They also look very full. I'm also very tired and woke up with a sore throat today. I know it's so early, but has anyone else had symptoms this early and was indeed pregnant?!
