How to lose weight fast?😐

Im 170.. i wanna be at 140 😫 but i had 2 babies back to back so… i have a stomach… my 7 month old and 2 year old

diet and exercise is really the only way to lose weight and keep it gone, just be super determined and disciplined

I lost weight pretty quickly by switching to primarily water. Cut out all sugar & pop, and lowered my portion sizes. I dropped from 150lbs to 125lbs. I still indulge in something sweet or a sugar free soda once in a while but that’s it. No diet pills, minimal exercise, no crazy diet plan. Obviously I can’t guarantee it will work for everyone but that’s what worked for me. I’ve been able to maintain my new weight for about a year now. I’ll check it periodically just to make sure I’m still within my goal weight. Once in a while, I’ll indulge a little too much and have to cut myself off to get back under.
