I have two beautiful ragdolls, brothers. I am absolutely in love with them!!

i’m hoping to get some input from experience cat owners. While my parents owned cats while i was growing up, this is my first time owning them myself (i’m 34, two kids). there are no other animals in the home.

i have two litter boxes, i use clumping litter. I put a good bit in there. is it ok to clean out clumps every other day? some articles say multiple times a day. which i’m sorry but doesn’t seem feasible as i work and am at work during the day. they are now 12 months old/1year.

the cat boxes can smell very bad quickly though, like smell an entire room up.

is it normal for your cat to smell LIKE their cat litter. it’s not a great thing. it’s off putting.

i’m looking into getting them established with a groomer. how often should i have them bathed/dried etc professionally? (they are strictly indoor cats)

do people brush their cats teeth?? their vet said to of course but.
