It’s been a few years since I’ve had a prenatal appointment, when is your first appointment? Have you scheduled one yet?

I have not yet scheduled an appointment (just received positive test on Monday). I want to surprise my family with baby #3, but my mom works for the lab of the clinic/hospital I go to, so she’ll see any blood work/urine that would get tested. I have no idea what to do! Wait until I’m further along to schedule? I’ll be 4 weeks tomorrow.
