Hi, I’m 25 and me and my partner are engaged d and have been together for 6 years.

I’m currently 12 weeks pregnant and haven’t yet told my parents due to the fact we don’t have a close relationship. All my life they have made me feel like any choices I make are wrong and have never allowed me to open up to them. Itbe fact we don’t have a house yet is making this seem impossible . But I feel like they phycuallt need to know now as I’m starting to show a little and for health reason.

How do you go about telling them when you are genuinely this anxious. Any advice welcome.
