Yes! I had it at 32 weeks. I took Tamiflu, drank lots of fluids, slept, baths, and Tylenol. My doctors biggest concern was fever. If I couldn't keep it below 102, I was going to be admitted.

I had flu then covid a month later with my high risk twins. I was worried but it turned out OK.

Had the flu with three of my four pregnancies including this one. And was fine. I don’t take medication at all. No even for a headache… yes it was harder being pregnant because immunity is down, but I was absolutely fine

Not the flu but had COVID at 19-20 weeks
You should be fine as long as you don’t have any complications with your chest ie bronchitis or pneumonia you’ll be alright.
