Friday the 11th
BBT temp 36.41

I got my peak today but why did my temp spike? Isn’t the day of ovulation a low temp then it spikes after ovulation? But my spike was today on peak day?

Post your chart. Two data points one their own don't mean anything

You need to keep temping and see what happens on the next few days. The "dip and spike" pattern isn't universal and you really need at least 3 post ovulation temps to get hood insight.
