Spotting in the morning 7 weeks pregnant
I’m 7 weeks pregnant today with twins and I woke up this morning to this after peeing. There were cramps this morning before I peed & have continued throughout the day (but they’re relatively dull not debilitating)
I haven’t peed blood otherwise, so I’m not sure if I should be concerned or what might be going on.
Any insight will be helpful! First time mama and terrified.
