Has anyone ever gotten a positive digital test, but then turned into a chemical? I am just trying to put my mind as ease.

I had positive digital both times I had chemical pregnancies. I actually took those to my OB. 
First time, they agreed, did blood drawings and caught the chemical pregnancy. 
Second time they sent me home and I lost it a day or two later... 
But I'm pregnant again, 7.5weeks, so there's still hope.

Tested with a dollar store cheapie, it came out positive so then decided to take a digital and this popped up. Unfortunately a couple days later i started cramping and bleeding heavy, went to the ER and it was a confirmed miscarriage. So yes, they can most certainly happen.

Yes, a digital test is not an indicator of a chemical pregnancy. You can have a chemical pregnancy no matter how high your hcg is.

Anything before 8 weeks or your first scan is often considered a chemical (or at least so I was told) so I think many people probably have. The miscarriage rate is quite high (25% I think) before 10 weeks which is why most people don’t announce until much later. Try to just think about other things. You can always get a blood test to confirm HCG is doubling every two days, but that doesn’t do much other than say you’re ok right now for those two days
