Hi. I was needing some help/advice. I think I may have developed a sinus infection. It’s pretty rough and I’m struggling. I’m almost 8 weeks pregnant and I need some kind of relief other than Tylenol and allergy medicine like Zyrtec.

My hubby bought me some vapor rub and a bath salt mix from Vicks. They have camphor, mental and eucalyptus in them.

I have heard camphor is not good and can cause birth defects. But that was more regarding it as an essential oil. In these products it says it’s synthetic camphor.

I just don’t know if it’s safe and I am just so uncomfortable and I’m pain. I will be heading to the dr tomorrow but I haven’t heard back from my obgyn about it either.

Help. :( I have super stuff nose, post nasal drip (which has caused me to have a sore throat, headaches, ear pressure.

Any insight in appreciated and any help or tips is also appreciated. Thank you!
