I got COVID 11/6 and feel a lot better but sometimes I’ll cough up yellow phlegm. For the most part, it’s white but other times it looks to be yellow/have a yellow hue. I keep reading this is a sign of infection but i don’t think I have an infection. The congestion is alot better too just a lot of mucous in my throat, just some coughing phlegm and thats it. Can you have yellow phlegm without infection?
