first time using OPKs is this normal?
Hi all,
This is my first month tracking my cycle to try conceive and yesterday I started testing CD12, according to my apps I am ovulating this week, my OPKs have seem to be going down in LH is this normal or what would this indicate? Thanks in advance 😀
