I hate it

I hate my breast out during sex but he wants them out what should I do ? I just hate my nipples rubbing up against fabric I’m like that with anything normally other girls are happy to have their bras off but I’d volunteer to keep mine on nothing wrong with my Breast but I just hate it I guess it’s an ick or a texture thing hopefully I’m making sense of this 😂
