My first FET will be soon and even after weeks of reading and hours of yt videos I'm little worried and afraid 🥺

I'll be very grateful if you can give any advice first hand about dos and donts after the transfer.

Going tomorrow to measure the uterus lining and hopefully next week will be the embryo transfer. I think doc will transfer 2 embryos, frozen on day 5, grade is 4AA.

We are doing the in vitro in another country - in your opinion when is best to travel after the transfer?
