Late period but high ovulation test.

I should begin with my new cycle by now if I got my period but NO. This morning I took a PREGNANCY test my it was negative then I took a OVULATION test and it was like this. It higher then my last ovulate when the app said I’m ovulate which was #1.02 but this morning is 1.07 and said that it high. I am ovulate late?
