What helps to stop producing milk after birth

I just had my son 11/13/22 and now my milk supply is coming in my boobs are engorged and hurt really bad and I’m not breastfeeding due to personal reasons . 
What helps with having my milk supply to stop ? I’m doing ice packs cause they are swollen and they hurt . Any tips would help!

I massaged mine out in the shower for about 30 minutes and I was good after that!!

My Dr. gave me some pills (I don’t remember what they were) since I tried to progressively stop pumping but I got mastitis twice. It took about a week for my milk to go away.

One thing that helped me was peppermint oil. I put it in some coconut oil and rubbed it all over my breasts.

Tight sports bra. Cabbage leaves in the bra. Peppermint capsules and tea. And no stimulation! Take a hot shower or bath to relieve some of the pressure but do not touch them. Should be over in a week

frozen cabbage leaves in my bra pretty much all day lol dried up within the week but they do smell so bad once the leaves melt down
