subchorionic hemorrhage in pregnancy

I have a 4.6 subchorionic hemorrhage it was diagnosed at 14 weeks ultrasound, I am currently 18 weeks pregnant and just found out about it. Should I be worried ? Im preety scared now I havent had bleeding or anything like that can someone tell me there expoerence with this and if it made there pregnancy end? Please help
