I just had my fourth baby on the 11th, I bleed a lot before I got to the hospital and hemorrhaged during my birth so overall I lost a lot of blood. My hemoglobin got to a 6.5, and I started at a 10 ( still low but not as low as a 6.) so my question is, my bleeding has basically tapered off completely. I haven’t bled since yesterday. I know it could start back up but is this cause for concern? Is it just because I bleed so much to begin with and maybe it made it stop earlier??
