For those of you whose first baby was posterior (OP/sunny side up), was your second baby also positioned that way during birth?

First was actually facing sideways. Second and third were both face up.

I’m wondering the same thing!? My son was born sunny side up in February and his little brother will be coming April/May 2023. I hope not because that back pain was the worst.
