I gave birth to my 2nd on November 22nd. I had an epidural when I reached 5 CM. Even after the epidural I still felt contractions even though they weren’t as painful as before, they were definitely hurting. I had my daughter an hour and half after that after pushing for 10 minutes. Since I still have pretty bad lower back pain. The doctor said it’ll go away but it’s still pretty painful. Any advice,
