Multiple times a day and holds

So once you get your high reading and you’re a testing multiple times a day for your peak, how much of a hold for your urine do you use to test? It’s kind of a pain to hold keep depriving myself of water and holding pee for 3-4 hours? Anyone have luck without holding?

I’m using clear blue advanced digitals not the strips
