Hi all, I just discovered I had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks during an ultrasound. Baby’s heart stopped probably at 7 weeks. We have been TTC for 2 years and had already a chemical a few months ago… it’s devastating. I’ve decided to wait a few days to see if I can complete the miscarriage naturally before trying the pills. Do you have any suggestions on how to accelerate the process? I’ve been spotting brown very lightly for the past few days but no changes so far so it doesn’t seem it will happen soon. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
