7 weeks pregnant

7 weeks, what are y’all’s symptoms right now?!

I’m super fatigue, neck & head hurt. I feel short of breath and hot flashes. 😭 I don’t remember feeling this bad with my daughter. Also, is it normal to spot very very light pink after sex? I noticed it this morning when I wiped after peeing. This is the second time it’s happened after sex.
