Cramps @ 4weeks?

I’ve been having very period like cramps for the last 7 days. I finally got a positive test today however the cramps only seem to get more intense and I’m slowly starting to worry😢 I’m only 4weeks and a day. Anybody go through this?

Yup! During the time I was suppose to get my period, and it stayed that way for almost 2 weeks.
