So I made a post about my boss a while ago. The issues haven’t really resolved and I’ve just been getting by and ignoring him because I don’t want to make waves but I am so done. Well today was my lucky day. My Q and her assistant both got to witness his comments and behavior towards me today. I started snapping at him and telling him how uncomfortable he made me and how I am sick of telling him this and if he did it one more time I was going to tell the Q. I had no idea they were listening in the next room to the entire conversation. So after we get done arguing he storms off.

The Q comes up to me and starts questioning me about the situation and asks how long it’s been happening etc. I told her everything. Her assistant talked to him. Apparently he thinks I’m a tease because “she always looks so good when she comes in and she’s always smiling and joking.” I was livid. Just because I was nice to my boss, my coworkers and the clients I serve he tried to act like I deserved to be harassed at work every single time I have to work with him. My Q is having an emergency meeting tomorrow with both of us due to state coming in to do their inspections very soon. Wish me luck ladies, I’ll keep you updated!

UPDATE!!!

Okay ladies! So we had the meeting and they heard both sides separate and together. Apparently when he had worked at another home they had, this was an issue but the girl didn’t say anything until he was gone because she didn’t know what he would do. So he was relieved of his duties and I am being trained for his job!
