Advice?

Advice? I found out I was pregnant again 4 months after having our little girl, but after posting I started having mixture of red bleeding and dark brown discharge. I've been having quite bad pains too, but not passing any clots yet. So i decided to leave it a few days still getting it but its lighter now but pains can be there still. I decided to take anlther pregnancy test and its came out so light. Like near enough negative, so i have a feeling it could be a miscarriage. Im only around 5 weeks from my last period so i didnt think it would be affecte by my hcg just yet? Ive never miscarried without any medical intervention as my body wouldn't expelled. I've had 4 miscarriage before I had my little girl, and she was a miracle, just so blessed to have her!
