So I’ve had 3 pregnancy’s and all healthy. This is my 4th pregnancy. I went for a scan super early around 5 weeks and 1 day. My first visit there was only a gestational sac and they wanted me to come every 3 days. I went back 3 days later and I was measuring 5 weeks and 4 days and a yolk sac developed in the gestational sac. Another 3 days later there was a fetal pole but no heart beat and at this point I’m suppose to be measuring 6 weeks but I was only measuring 5 weeks and 5 days. I’m very concerned and the doctor who wasn’t my doctor that sees me had no idea about my chart or what I measured last appt. Now I’m worried and full of anxiety. She said measurement could be off and I ovulated later but I can’t help but think this isn’t normal and somethings wrong and I’m not being told. She also mentioned possible miscarriage. It’s so early in pregnancy why am I coming every 3 days? I’ve never had to do this with my other pregnancies. Has anyone experienced this and everything was okay? My hcg levels also doubled but a little less from 2,483 and 4,200. I’m feeling very sad and discouraged. I don’t have any miscarriage symptoms but I know there can be missed miscarriages.
