Opks should be taken daily after your period ends and then 2-3 times a day starting roughly CD12. Without knowing where you started it’s hard to know anything from one test. Plus opks don’t tell you if you’re ovulating, they just tell you that you’re having an LH surge, and that’s only when it’s positive. It’s very possible to have a positive opk and not ovulate after. But generally once you get a positive opk (first positive is the only one that matters) you’ll likely ovulate 12-48ish hours later. You can only confirm ovulation through tracking bbt
