I was hoping for twins! Let me say I would definitely be happier with one baby. My last period was October 18th. I ovulated on November 3rd. I was on clomid first cycle 100mgs days 3-7. I had a ultrasound today and the ultrasound tech said she only seen the yolk sac and gestational sac. She said she can’t really tell if there is twins because I’m too early but if it was twins wouldn’t there be two sacs seen? Because clomid twins has different sacs right?
