Not sure how to really read this!?

I had an ectopic pregnancy January 13 2022 I had the surgery and right tub removed well since then hubby and I trying to get pregnant but nothing so far. So I thought I am trying this but I am not sure how this work 😅😔.

Before you ovulate, your body will release a surge of the luteinizing hormone or LH. Ovulation tests detect this LH surge by providing a positive test. Which is when the test line is darker or equal to the control line. After your LH surge (your first positive ovulation test), you will ovulate 24 to 36 hours after. So you had your first positive test on CD 12. Which means you may have ovulated on CD 13 or 14. 
Sometimes some women have a quick surge or a long surge, so you may get multiple positive ovulation tests over the course of the day. But it’s not necessary to keep testing after your first positive ovulation test. Whenever you get your first positive, get to baby making with your partner. 😊
