How much caffine is to much?

I'm a usual 4-5 shot espresso from starbucks almost daily.. but now finding out i am pregnant i have been getting 3 shots in a venti every other or every 2 days instead  is that still to much??should i do 2 shots only every other day?
I see my dr Dec. 14th..

Starbucks espresso shots have 75mg caffeine per shot. Even at 3 shots, you’re still within the 250 mg limit per day. You’re fine to keep ordering 3 shots.

There’s doctors/evidence to say you can have 200-250mg per day. I still drank a venti with 3 shots some days 🤷🏼‍♀️ I would do what makes you comfortable and how your body feels. Even breastfeeding I’ll have 3 shots as well.

Maybe stick to 1-2 shots....there's about 64mg of caffeine in an expresso shot + whatever is in coffee itself. You're allowed 200mg/day during pregnancy
