Has anyone experienced this .. 🥺

I’m currently 9w6d with my second. I went for my OB history appointment and initial blood work on Tuesday of this week. I got a call back today saying that my glucose and liver levels were elevated. I go back next Wednesday to do a 3 hour glucose test and to get everything rechecked as well as have my first ultrasound. I’m a nervous wreck now as I’ve read this issue could cause birth defects and/or even miscarriage. Has anyone had to deal with this? I never had this issue with my son. Any tips would also be helpful.
