I mean did they tell you how long it’s going to be? The fact that it’s a minute away from your house is irrelevant if they’re slammed and told you it’s gonna be a while. But if they told you like 20 minutes and it’s been an hr then yeah, I think I’d just cancel and ask for a refund.

They could be very busy. No, it’s not okay to just call and cancel the order. You could call to check on the order. However, if it was only a minute from your house you could have just drove over there and picked it up yourself.

How far away from your house isn’t as important as how many other orders were before yours. They haven’t been waiting all day for YOUR order & can move it to the front of the line since you only live a minute away

If the wait time was significantly longer than I was quoted, I’d probably cancel or request compensation. It doesn’t matter how near or far you are, it matters what time frame they gave you.

You should've called no later than like 30 minutes in to ask about it...but yes I think you'd be entitled to a refund. An hour is absurd unless it was specified that it would be a long wait time.
