Does mucinex actually help?

Is there anyone who absolutely swears by this? Already taking prenatal pills in hopes that helps. Anything else that anyone believes works?

Prenatal vitamins don’t help you fall pregnant that’s not what they do! They help your body to have the right amount vitamins at the very early stages of implantation and pregnancy! I don’t think mucinex works it’s more of old wife tale

All it doss is thin out your cervical mucus. Doesnt mean itl help get you pregnant
