Increased watery discharge - 30 weeks

Anyone else notice an increase in their underwear being quite wet at this stage lol I was swabbed for fluid a few days ago and it was negative. But my underwear is always wet like through the cotton pantry line area. Just a lot of “watery” discharge. Am I alone??
