did y’all menstrual get worse as you got older or vice versa ? cause man i just felt like i was in L&D 😭
the first three days before my period starts.. i experience MAJOR BACK PAIN & STOMACH CRAMPS to the point I’AM IN TEARS & barely can move ! let’s not mention the headaches ! 😮💨 blind to everything.
