I had my period recently for the normal amount of time that it should be, about a week, and then two days after I believed it was over, I saw small amounts of brown/light pink coloring in my underwear/when I wiped. I’ve used tampons throughout the week and they’ve been soaked with this light pink color and dark brown at the top. It’s been a week since the end of my period and I’ve still seen these traces. Is this normal? I am planning on scheduling a visit with an OBGYN soon, but wanted to get another opinion? I am sexually active with my partner, but we use protection and check for leakage after every use. Any ideas on what is going on?
