Guidance Please!

Hi! So, i’m usually on a strict period schedule due to my birth control. I’ve been on the same bc for 6 years and it hasnt given me any problems until now.

I am currently on day SEVENTEEN (usually a 5 day girl) of my period and it has been extremely heavy and very clotty the entire time. It has not slowed up a bit. What should I do and should I be concerned?
