Worst pain (almost) EVER–Need help

Kelsey

(This is a vent as well as looking for help and ideas. I'm 25f with PCOS & endometriosis. Good chance this will be all over the place due to my ADHD being completely out of control today, so please know I'm sorry about it haha)

My period started today. It was all okay (enough) at first.

Then my anxiety spiked, heart rate slowed (70s down to 50s), got really sick, nauseous, lethargic, super shaky, and dizzy. [Also bleeding insanely heavy, but not too abnormal for me.] Caved and took an iron vitamin figuring most was due to possble low iron. Felt it start relieving a handful of stuff within an hour. Was less lethargic, shaky, dizzy, nauseous, etc. So definitely was battling my anemia.

Been doing what I normally do to relieve the pain. Was working for awhile, but now... nothing seems to be working. Like at all. I've done midol (caffeine free, I'm completely caffeine intolerant), heating pad, weird positions, yoga/stretching, warm bath, and heating pad. Normally the meds and all this combined will help, but it is not at all. (CANNOT EXERCISE rn, please no cardio or lifting suggestions. Have some muscle and nervous system issues going on atm.)

My pain is a 8.5/10. Kinda to the point where I'm thinking an er trip might be happening... But I want to avoid that obviously.

***So anyone have any pain managing tips/tricks/ideas. I am DESPERATE.***

[Also have the good ole period poos, but I have an internal hemmerroid buddy who refuses to go away 😭 (ideas on how to calm that bad boy down would be appreciated. My gastro has me doing hemmerroid suppositories every night, but it doesn't help the ache, pressure, or burning from the nonstop hormone surge poos.💩)]

If you took the time to read and/or offer help, just know I appreciate you. 🥰 Again, also sorry for the ADHD unorganized word vomit. Hopefully it's not too bad though.
