Def call your ob and ask. I’m pretty sure you can’t during the 3rd trimester because it contains aspirin and can cause heart defect. I’m not sure about other trimesters.

I would talk with your doctor because it does have aspirin, but mine gave me the okay to take it during second trimester. Caffeine and Tylenol are the other two active ingredients in Excedrin so I would try the combo in the meantime.
