My husband and I are about to separate within the next couple months and then divorce shortly afterwards. We live in an expensive city and I’ve been playing around with the idea of moving out of the city or even state. I have 2 small kids. I’ve never left home before so I’d like some advice (not about divorce and loving the kids away from their dad). Has anyone moved with small kids? What’s a good amount to save? How did you decide where to move to?
