We had a successful <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> treatment in July. I was told to take progesterone and consult my OB at week 12. I was told to continue taking them (I haven't had my progesterone levels checked once)

Between my 12 and 20 week scan I had bleeding and went to the ER where the emergency OB said the progesterone I was taking was most likely the culprit, causing tissues to be more sensitive and that by my 20 week scan I can most likely be taken off the progesterone as the placenta is already developed (I told him about the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>)

At my 20 week scan I asked if I could stop taking it or not, the doctor said I have to take it my entire pregnancy before asking why was I prescribed and I explained the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> (WHICH WASN'T IN MY NOTES 🙈) She added it and I left.

My follow up midwife appointment I explained the situation that I've been told on and off to take it/not take it and asked if I could have my progesterone levels checked. He said there's no real use in checking because by now my placenta will be producing enough but he will consult the OB to see if I need to continue taking it. He called this morning and said I could stop. I'm just not confident in the situation. Thoughts welcome.
