Hi Ladies,

This is my first pregnancy and I feel nauseous most of the times but today I felt extremely sick with 6 episodes of vomiting and a constant severe headache which started during my sleep last night and never went away. I live in London and I tried to call all phone numbers they provided me with but nobody is picking up the phone. I feel very week and I have fainting symptoms and nothing stays down in my belly neither food or water.

Should I call 111 or just go the A&E? What do you suggest?
