I am currently 6 weeks and 4 days I have a cruise that I planned for my birthday before I found out I was pregnant this is my very first pregnancy I will be 7 months in May do you think I will be okay to go on the cruise I do not wanna loose my money and if I don’t go all my friends will be going without me help what would you do
