I worry to much

I got my ears pierced Oct 2021. They took awhile to heal, but healed in May. Since I have still been sleeping with them in. I’m afraid if I take them out overnight I won’t be able to get it in in the morning… I am well beyond the point of them closing overnight right???? Over a year and 2 months!!
