Low implantation

I am 7 weeks pregnant and i started bleeding on monday, i went to the ER for it and they told me it could be a hemotoma or that i had misscarried one of the sacs because about 2 weeks ago they had told me they saw 2 sacs it was too soon to see babies and this time arround they just saw 1 baby with a heartbeat i had an appointment today with my OB and she did a vaginal ultrasound and said that either the baby implatated low or he was on his way out. Has anyone experienced bleeding in early pregnancy and still carried full term? Im scared i don’t fill out a pad but when i wipe blood does come out it had gotten better this morning but it started again right now.
